Returns:
- You can request a return for any reason up to 30 days after shipment
- Devices will have to be reset to factory condition – no user locks, no iCloud for a full refund
- Any physical / water damage on the device will void all warranties
- We are not responsible for any shipping or import fees in any country. If you send the device outside of the U.S. and wish to file a return, you are responsible for shipping it back to us, as we can only provide return labels for shipments within the United States. Each device is tested using PhoneCheck and similar phone-checking software. If you are sending the device overseas, we recommend verifying that it meets your requirements, as any additional costs will be at your expense.
