Reconditioning Process Includes:

1. Engine fully dismantled and cleaned

2. Cylinder head stripped, skimmed, pressure tested

3. Cylinder bores checked for wear and re-honed

4. Crankshaft inspected, polished or ground as required

5. Reassembly using OE or equivalent parts including:

   • Piston rings, head gasket

   • Main and big end bearings

   • Con-rod bolts and fresh seals

Exchange & Installation:

• Sold on the basis of an exchange unit being available

• £200 exchange deposit required (refunded upon receipt of your old engine)

• Exchange unit collection by us at no cost to you

• Optional fitting service with parts & labour warranty included
