Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all Shopify applications published by AzentLabs (each an “App” and together the “Apps”). By installing or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Each App's Shopify App Store listing, subscription details, and in-app documentation describe its available features and any App-specific conditions. Additional conditions presented when you activate an optional feature or integration also apply to that feature.
1. Permission to Use the Apps
Subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription, you may use an App for the Shopify stores for which it is installed and authorized. You must use the Apps in accordance with applicable law, Shopify's terms, and the relevant App documentation.
You must not use an App to gain unauthorized access to information, interfere with service security, distribute malicious content, or infringe another person's rights.
2. Store Access and Configuration
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Shopify account, choosing appropriate staff permissions, and configuring each App accurately. Before relying on an App in a live store, review its settings and confirm that its output is appropriate for your products, customers, and store workflows.
You remain responsible for your products, pricing, promotions, taxes, customer communications, delivery or pickup commitments, and fulfillment. An App does not transfer those responsibilities to AzentLabs.
3. Subscriptions, Trials, Billing, and Refunds
Prices, billing intervals, trial conditions, usage limits, and any usage-based charges are shown in the relevant App listing or the subscription approval screen. Review these details before approving a charge or changing a plan.
Where an App uses Shopify billing, charges and cancellations are handled through Shopify's billing system. Uninstalling an App does not automatically refund charges already incurred. Any refund is subject to the applicable App terms, Shopify's billing rules, and rights required by law. Contact support@azentlabs.com with billing questions.
4. Privacy and Data Handling
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled across the Apps. Our Data Deletion & Privacy Requests policy explains uninstallation, retention, and requests relating to App-held data.
You are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining any permissions needed for your store's use of an App, including customer data and content sent to an optional integration.
5. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations
The Apps depend on Shopify and may offer integrations with services such as Google Calendar. A connected service remains subject to its own terms, availability, permissions, and technical limits. You decide whether to enable an optional integration and authorize the information required for it.
Changes or interruptions to Shopify or a connected service may affect an App's functionality. Revoking an integration's access may stop future synchronization without deleting records already created in that service.
6. Updates, Availability, and Support
We may maintain or update the Apps to address defects, improve features, or respond to platform changes. Features can depend on your subscription, store setup, and Shopify's supported capabilities. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular commercial result.
Support is available at support@azentlabs.com. Include the App name, store domain, and relevant details. Any specific support commitment or service level applies only if separately agreed.
7. Ownership
AzentLabs and its licensors retain rights in the Apps, their software, and related materials. You retain rights in the store content you provide. Your permission to use an App does not transfer ownership of its software or intellectual property.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that an App will be error-free, meet every business requirement, or guarantee increased sales, successful promotions, or a particular delivery outcome.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AzentLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or losses arising from incorrect merchant configuration or interruptions to third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Uninstallation and Suspension
You may stop using an App by uninstalling it from the relevant Shopify store. Review outstanding charges, App-specific removal guidance, and any connected services. Data retained in Shopify, your theme, or a connected service may require separate management.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk, a violation of these Terms, or a legal or platform requirement. We will provide notice where appropriate and permitted.
10. Changes and Mandatory Rights
We may update these Terms and publish the revised version with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required, and any additional acceptance required by law or platform rules will be obtained. If you do not accept an applicable change, stop using and uninstall the affected App.
Mandatory laws and rights applicable to you take precedence over any inconsistent provision in these Terms.
